Do not encourage or try to recruit people to commit such violence 3. Do not try to obtain money by fraud or threats 4. Do not libel anyone: libel consists of writing something that is untrue and that you know or should know is untrue and that causes the person financial harm or public infamy. This would end up in a civil court where you could be made to pay damages.
As regards 4. Bashing the President and Congress have been a favorite American pastimes since George Washington was in office and protected speech as long as you don't advocate killing them.
From what I have seen of your writing, you aren't going to do anything that would get you into trouble with any US laws.
