Impromptu Challenge... Old and New

We still have the St. Martin's Day/Horse story challenge in play;
the actual date of the event is Nov 11-12.
You can still write and post for that one.
This one is just begging for a story,
so have some fun and let's see what we can do
to save this  poor kitty.

I posted a couple of stories on the original date that you posted the challenge. I missed that the posting dates were 11-12. Jantojones posted a story yesterday, I think.
