I love seeing a little bit of relaxing down-time, and it's lovely that Illya is able to get his 'bit of home' when he needs it. You've set this scene wonderfully, although, I didn't listen to the music. I can't stand jazz, LOL)


(I have precisely 1 shot of Stolichnaya left. I'm saving it for toasting a new job, or until I get another bottle (whichever comes first, LOL)

Thank you! I'm not a fan of jazz either but I listened to Miles Davis to help set the mood for this and it really worked. You should listen to a little bit of it as it seems so IK. Smooth jazz is different from standard jazz (if you can call it that) Which I detest.

I tried to find music that was similar to some of the jazzy music they used on the show...but this recording actually worked fine for me.

There was a surprising bit of research in this one too.

I have a full bottle of Stoli that I just refuse to part with. I also have 2 flavored bottles of Stoli that were given to me as gifts... I'm not allowed to drink because of my kidney issues... maybe one day I'll open a bottle to toast when you get that job. How does that sound? :D
