The end result sort of sounds similar to Casino Royale...lol! They were playing cards, Bond (using an undercover identity initially) has an unexpected ally with Felix Leiter of the CIA, Vesper is a mole, so is Rene Mathis. In the end the mission is a success. (still Vesper betrays Bond at the end) The gaming thought takes place in Montenegro and not Paris. Hmmm...
