I want to thank everyone who participated in the Comment Poll.  It seems to have done a little towards creating a conversation, which is always a good thing.  Everyone has a valid POV in this, and I appreciate that some who didn't find theirs expressed in the poll choices were kind enough to express the reasoning behind how they comment and why.
As a community centered primarily around writing, it seemed like a viable exercise to find out when or why people would take the extra step and comment on a story.  I know that all of us who write appreciate that effort, but that ultimately we write stories because they are waiting to find a voice; we just happen to be how they speak.
So, thanks and I hope you come here again.
