Never Underestimate - A Little Drabble Do Ya

“This is a lonely place, Napoleon.”

 “It’s even more lonely considering it may be the last place we ever see.”

“No, now is when we need your optimism, my friend.  You must inspire me, not agree with me.”

“Is that some sort of Russian reverse psychology method? We’re stuck here, Illya, and I don’t see…”

But they did see.  It was only a glimmer, but all that was needed for the two agents to renew their efforts to free themselves.

Back home again, Napoleon asked about Illya’s remark.

“Do you find me inspiring, Illya?”

 “You lead, I follow.”

“Thank you.”

I believe that Illya would find Napoleon to be an inspiration because he is the CEA so he is not only his partner, but his leader, too. Nice drabble.

Illya knows that his friendship with Napoleon does not cancelled "I go and do..." I would have a hard time following a good friend and letting them lead...lol. Nicely done.
