This little story was inspired by a You-tube video of Disney's "Peter and the wolf.  When I discovered it on-line, my head was immediately flooded with all sorts of wonderful childhood memories. I became enchanted with it all over again and sent my mind to thinking, how would Illya perceive this little cartoon.

Illya and his eidetic memory! Remembers Peter and the Wolf from when he was 3? I can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday! And his love of cartoons! This story brings out his childlike fascination with everything! I had not listened to that music in years but still remember it. My Mom would whistle "Peter's" part of the music for me on request when I was very small. Guess my memory is better than I thought! Thanks for posing this!

As tough an agent Illya is, I like to have a child-like innocene come out in him once in awhile. Glad this triggered some good memories for you. Shame the original cartoon was taken down on You-Tube. It was blocked by Disney apparently. Heaven forbid we get to see something for free that's not a big company block buster....sigh.
