The two rubles bit was a carry over from 'First Kill' and according to Viktor Suvorov it was supposedly was a phrase used in the intelligence circles in the USSR. ( Suvorov is a pen name for Vladimir Bogdanovich Rezun who was a former Soviet military intelligence (GRU) spy who defected to the UK.)
