World Cat Day Challenge - from Laurose8

laurose8 had a brainstorm that I instantly loved - a writing challenge centered around World Cat Day 2014.  It is an International observance that, although not a part of the 60's scene, can still inspire some lovely stories for our cat loving Russian and sometimes clumsy CEA.  You might recall that he tripped over the office cat (who knew UNCLE kept a cat at Headquarters?), and sprained his knee during the Bow Wow Affair.  As I'm writing this the irony of it just hit me, since of course the episode is about dogs.  Duh!
Anyway, the date is August 8, three weeks from today.  It will replace the Reading Room on that day and we will gather around to honor our feline friends with new and recycled stories, your choice.  Let's just fill up the pages with cat tales.
We shall do the same for doggies, I just don't have the date yet.
