Writer;s Choice : Uncle Charlie's 'The Importance of Listening'

Why I like it : There's something about it that, to me, shows UNCLE in exactly the light that I see it in and also shows Mister Waverly as I view him. Every one at UNCLE regardless of home country, race or religion/lack thereof is to be treated with respect regardless of their position and gain position according to ability -- and those ignoring those standards get to face the Old Man's wrath *g*. It's been on my favorites list since the first time I read it - and I've read it more than once.
