Thank you! Researching brought back a ton of memories, though there are a lot of gaps. I was only 9 years old at the time. I kind of thought the sights and sounds of the fair would elicit such a response from Illya, figuring he'd never experienced anything like it. Heck no one did back then, but his lack of a childhood (in my stories) made it all the more poignant to me.

Amazingly the fair was actually a financial disaster, except I think for Disney of course. It's a small world is still one of their most popular attractions at all of their parks.
