Lots of writing happening on Section VII!

Section VII is a writing site, that's pretty much all we do, and are loving every minute of it.  But we're not just all about writing challenges here, as the site is for open posting as well.  If you have written a gen or gen-mature MFU story, you're most welcome to post it here anytime!

                          

Here's a list of our scheduled writing challenges if you feel like 'jumping into the pool' for some fun and games!

1. The Short Affair Challenge (due weekly on Mondays) hosted by JantoJones

2. PicFic Tuesday Challenge (due Tuesdays, held twice a month) hosted my mrua7

3. A little Drabble Do Ya and Ladies First (alternating Wednesdays) hosted by Glennagirl

4. Song Story (which is on a bried hiatus) and What's my Line? (alternating Thursdays- due on Thursdays/Fridays) hosted by Glennagirl

5. LIFE CYCLE CHALLENGE, HOWDOWE ~ hosted by LaH Carabele

6. Just added! The Great Episode Challenge-hosted by alynwa. Prompt posts the first Thursday of the month, stories post on the third Thursday.

Not to worry...they're all kept track of on our Calendar posted at the beginning of each month as well as broken down weekly by our very organized Calendar Girl: Lindafishes8  

So if you have a hankering to write some fanfiction about our brave Men from U.N.C.L.E. and their adventures to save the world (among other things) pick a challenge or two if you're feeling ambitious.  Most of all just write and post those stories... have some fun doing it!

Writer's Choice, which is featured every Saturday, is now being cross-posted on section7mfu for gen and gen-mature stories,uncle_du_jour for slash (or gen stories) and NEW in the mfu_map_room for het stories.   Writer's choice is about reccommending your own stories or those written by your favorite authors.  Writer's Choice is open to both writers and readers. Our motto: "It's all good!"

No HODOWE this month. Instead we have the LIFECYCLE challenge, which isn't mentioned.

Give me a logo for it and I'll switch it out. As you can see "Song Story" was mentioned, even though it's in hiatus. This wasn't necessarily for what's happening this 'month' per se; it was just a promo for what's offered on Section VII.
