"Yes, luv?"

"If you could change one thing, what would it be?"

"We wouldn't be in this ruddy cell for a starter."

"I didn't mean now, you goose. In the past."

"Oh. In an introspective mood, my girl?"

"A bit. Well?"

"Tricky. If I changed something, would the events affected by that change lead me to a better place or a worse one?"

"That's rather deep."

"Are you saying you think of me as shallow?"

"Never, darling."
