Great drabble! I never understood how the Scottish War pipes took the place of the traditional Uilean pipes. And that Corned beef is really an Eastern European Jewish thing. America really is a melting pot?!! Tonight I will enjoy a real Irish meal of boiled bacon,with parsley sauce , mash and cabbage. I am lucky ebough to live in "Little Ireland" here in the Bronx!! happy st Patrick 's Day to you as wel!!
