Drabble for the Impromptu Challenge
Jul. 4th, 2015 10:37 pmAs they rode up in the elevator, Napoleon Solo silently observed his partner. Illya was standing right in the corner, causing the mirrored walls to reflect a pensive triptych. He was studying the item in his hands with a seemingly deep intent.
“It’s a good choice, Tovarisch,” he told the blond. “Stop worrying will you?”
“I’m not so sure,” Illya stated wretchedly. “I haven’t even had time to wrap it.”
“She honestly won’t mind,” Napoleon assured him. “I’ve told you, Aunt Amy loves listening to jazz records as much as you do. You’ve picked the perfect birthday gift for her.”
