This story was written in the way back when (2014) for a PicFic; the prompt pictured below. Glennagirl takes us on a voyage that involves a cleverly named boat called the"Gayle Wend," THRUSH, a devious weather-related scheme and a not so desert island. A very enjoyable romp....well not quite for Napoleon and Illya.

I was actually looking for my "By the sea by the beautiful sea" story, in keeping with a summery theme, and LJ took me your story instead, and I said wow, a great one to rec. So it was serendipity.
