Borscht.

Honey poppy seed rolls.

Sweet-and-sour cabbage.

Golubtsy...ground beef mixed with boiled rice wrapped in cabbage leaves.

Black bread.

Potatoes in Buttermilk

Rassolnik...a beef, barley and pickle soup.

Blini- the Russian equivalent of crepes

Apple sharlotka.

Klotski-potato dumplings in chicken broth

Piroshki

Beef Stroganoff

Sbiten- a mulled honey drink

Selyodka Pod Shuboy- dressed herring salad

Caviar and Smoked Salmon

Along with the Russian foods, there were trays of chicken breasts, lasagna, sausage and peppers, and trays of cold cuts...ham, turkey, roast beef along with assorted cheeses
