I can so remember him showing me his treasure, delighted and pleased and yet a bit anxious and even a bit defiant as well. As I look back on it, that was one of those moments that illuminated the man he would become.

My tree is full of memories just like that one.

Everybody should have a Christmas Lizard. They're priceless!

I like that idea! A Christmas Lizard. I think I'll be paying a visit to the hobby story...they carry all sorts of critter toys. A lizard would be right at home with my trolls and other memories.

And every time I look at the lizard ornament, I'll be reminded of your story! :D
