What If? ... The new prompt

Our fourth installment is coming up, and I want to thank everyone who has written for this new challenge.  Of course, the real challenge for me is coming up with a scenario that is provocative enough to make people interested.  Let's see if this one fits the bill.
What if...
 Napoleon sometimes intimidates the Russian with his superior intellect.  Illya often annoys his partner by being a typical blond, something the girls like a lot.

It could happen, right?
