Post a link to your favorite story here on Section 7! Maybe there's some people out there who've missed the story or would just like to revisit it. (I know I always like to)

Write a little comment as to why it's one of your favorites, or what elements of the story stand out to you!

Looking forward to lots of links, as last week we had quite a few to some excellent stories! Just a gentle reminder, Section VII is a gen site, so appropriate material, please.

Thanks for your patience! And all your good vibes, hugs and prayers.  The final chapter...11 will be posted next week. Please excuse any spelling errors, though I think I caught them all...you can understand me being a bit distracted.

Dr. Akinjide returned moments later, looking most distressed, and making his report to the Colonel.

“Well, what about Kuryakin?”

“I am sorry to report that he has indeed passed. There was nothing I could do to revive him.”  He’d given Illya his injection, knowing by the time he reported to Zakhrov, Kuryakin would appear to be deceased.

The doctor cringed as the Colonel became enraged... angered that he was deprived of abusing his traitorous countryman any further.

“You bastard, “ Napoleon swore, “Illya never did any harm to you or the Soviet Union. He was an honorable man and he loved his country…” Napoleon began to cough again.

As my own remembrance of Noel Harrison : Olympian, singer and actor - a sound/dialogue originally written for HODOWE: Poisson d'Avril April Fools' Day Challenge - it's one of my few that is purely April and Mark - April's Fool.

For those that aren't familiar with the song lyrics that start and finish the story:

In the spirit of Halloween, here's a link to one of my absolute favorite stories from two years ago. It's called "The Wild Hunt," and it takes place in Ireland, four years after the events of  "The Brain-Killer Affair." I hope you enjoy it!

This story was originally titled How Do You Say Uh-Oh In Russian?, but later retitled for inclusion in Kuryakin Files #31.  I've always liked it, and thought it let the quirks in both men's personalities have a little space for expression.

Seeing that Halloween is looming upon us I thought I'd share my Stoker-esque story of vampires, Nazi experiments and scary Transylvanian characters. As I wrote in my original summary, "Think of it as a Bloody Mary with a 'twist' of U.N.C.L.E."  Lots of research went into this one and I hope you enjoy it.  Wow, just noticed I originally posted this last year on an infamous date...the day hurricane Sandy tore into town.

We're talking about favorite episodes, so if you haven't chimed in you still have time.  I'll leave this one open for the rest of the day.  Also don't forget to drop in on the Writers Choice selections that are being posted all day, just click on the tag Writers Choice.  It's a great day for MFU fiction.

The first story I ever wrote was a introduction to the guys, some of their history and Josephina Kuryakin, Illya's sister. Neither knew the other lived. This story was one I had written in my forms throughout my life, and was so happy to find a place to finally post it.

This tale was written for a Down the Chimney gift. I like it because of the ambiguity of whether or not Illya actually has a thing for April or if it's just the drugs talking. (Thus, it's mostly gen with a hint of shipping should you take it as such.) Also, I had fun with the various guest characters. Also also, I like writing all four main agents working together.

Check out "The Company Party Affair" over on AO3.

This was my first attempt at writing Man From Uncle Fiction. It is rather long with about 20,000 words. Because it was my first MFU I am rather partial to it even with all of its faults. I hope readers will enjoy it.
