Here's a chance for you to have your stories revisited, or read by those who might have missed them. Writers, post a link to your story here along with a little blub telling us a bit about it, the elements of it or why you just like the fic.  Readers, post a link to your favorite author's story here and give their readership a little boost.

People who've posted the links here have noted quite a few visits to their stories. We've had great success with the Writer's Choice, so let's keep it going!

The Trouble With Amphibians started out to be a stand-alone story, a chance to practice writing the lighthearted banter for which Illya and Napoleon were famous. It turned into Part One of a much more serious three-part series called The Ten Plagues Affair. I've included links to the other two stories, A Tale Of Two Friendships, and Dies Irae. Amphibians works just fine as a stand-alone story, but if you want to read the entire set, just follow the links at the end of each story. I hope you enjoy them!

This drabble story was inspired by the movie of the same name, about the sinking of the Titanic. I'd found something on-line about the anniversary of the movie in which David McCallum played the part of Assistant Wireless Operator Harld Bride. He was only 25 years old when playing this early role in his long career.

My story has a few unexpected twists and I hope you enjoy it. I discovered drabble stories were a challenge, but fun to write. Let me know what you think.

After a brief Halloween hiatus, the Song Story challenge is back.  Glenna's internet is down for the count so I'm jumping in here to post. Song stories are due November 16-17.

Here are the links to the two parts of Starlight

Starlight 1

Silent night.

Deserted night.

Night meant darkness, peaceful darkness.

He was alone.

Starlight 2

Napoleon Solo stopped and took some steps back behind the computer. A young, apparently very young, blond man had just come in the office, making his way to the desk, without a word, just nodding, vaguely. He picked up a file and went away, still silently.

So here he was. The Russian. The Uncle was an international organization. For months, Alexander Waverly wanted to get a Russian agent - and had eventually managed to get one.

A... Russian?

Title: He Ain’t Heavy

Rating: T

Length: 1551

Why I Like It: Illya is hurt and Napoleon must get him to safety. I enjoy tales that demonstrate how deeply one partner feels about the other without all the mushiness. The link takes you to AO3.
