Christina Cummings wandered through mist-filled the woods, trying to follow the compass her father had given her hours earlier.

Dr. Cummings had been unsure about the job they’d taken on but when he heard about this drug called White Rider growing to epidemic proportions, followed by Red Rider wreaking havoc; it was then the chemist finally discovered he’d been one of the people responsible for creating it all.

It had to be stopped somehow, but Cummings couldn’t do what he had to if he knew his daughter wasn’t safe. He sent her to find his old friend in New York city, secreting her out of the camp... knowing Alexander Waverly and his people might be the only ones able to stop this lunatic responsible for all this terror.

Unlike her father, Christina had never seen the man they called Rasputin, but the description of him alone horrified her; that and the knowledge of what they’d been developing in their lab was killing so many people.

Okay, this is one I've read a few times and it's always enjoyable, always provides some tense moments and a lot of sympathy for the two main characters as they try to solve the mystery of why Kuryakin did what he did.  That's all I'm going to say, just in case you've never read this wonderful story from Deb.  I don't know who Deb is, but I'd like to tell her how much I've enjoyed this little gem of MFU fiction.

Folks,

After some discussion with [livejournal.com profile] elmey (who is doing a fantastic job in setting up the MFU:50 calendar of events), we've decided to move up the Mood-Y Special MFU Anniversary Challenge by a week in order to better fit with the scheduling of other MFU:50 events.

So in that regard the timetable for the future Mood-Y challenges is revised as follows:

Challenge 3: Sat, Jun 21st through Sat, Jun 28th Regular Mood-Y challenge.
Challenge 4: Sat, Sep 13th through Sat, Sep 20th
Please note the date change!
THIS IS THE SPECIAL 50th ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE!
Keep an eye out for more info on the special rules for this upcoming challenge.
Challenge 5: Sat, Oct 25th through Sat, Nov 1st Final Mood-Y challenge of the year.

Now as noted above, there will be separate set of the rules for the MFU ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE running in September. More as the event draws closer.

As a reminder, the mood for the current Mood-Y: Challenge 3 that posts in June (June 21st through June 28th) is BEWILDERED.
