Napoleon sat with his partner, and watched as Kuryakin chowed down on scrambled eggs with swiss cheese, bacon, hash browns, a toasted English muffin, tomato juice as well as his usual cup of tea.

“Not hungry this morning?”

“I am pacing myself. I have decided to follow the Hobbit meal plan; you are familiar with the works of
J. R. R. Tolkien, are you not?”

“Sort of.. so what’s this meal plan?”

“First breakfast, followed second breakfast, or elevenses, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper.”

“Hmmm, sounds exciting,” Napoleon shook his head.

“Why yes it does…”

“Only to you Kuryakin.”

Open Arms

Sometimes ghosts from agent’s missions come back to haunt them and Illya’s past is full of them.

"I'm so hot…"  Napoleon was draped across a mound of sand, his suit coat over his head.

"How hot are you Napoleon?" Illya was bunched up in a ball like shape, his face buried in his chest as he tried to avoid direct sunlight.

"I'm so hot I would wear bermuda shorts to the office if it meant not being here."

“Why did Waverly want to see you?” Napoleon asked, as Illya entered their shared office.

“You!” exclaimed Solo, with incredulity. “What could you, Mr So-frugal-it’s-almost-painful, have done to incur the wrath of the accounts department?”

“I don’t see why they couldn’t have brought it up with me before going to Mr Waverly.”

“Well?” Napoleon prompted. “What was your terrible crime?”

“It would seem,” Illya explained. “That, even in the heat of battle, accounting would prefer it if I removed the money from the exploding money clip before I deployed it.”
