Today’s prompts are for stories due on 26th December. As this is the day after Christmas Day, then please feel free to post over the following couple of days. Also, as this falls in the week which ends with New Year’s Day, I think it would be lovely to have a few New Year stories, should you wish.

Before then, of course, we still have today’s stories. If you would like to joining in, you will find the prompts you need right here.

Remember, Section VII is a Gen site, but stories which are Het, Long-term Romance or AU can be posted in the Map Room. You’ll find the link for it down the side there.

Have fun

We're counting down and
only 4 days left after today!

714.57 КБ

The twelve days of Christmas project.

Each day the UNCLE Christmas tree posts in section7mfu
and we'd like ALL the cousins to come visit and  share a memory of
Christmas' past as a comment, and leave it as a present under the tree.

Everyone who celebrates Chanukan, of Kwanza
is welcome to join in as well. It's not just a
Christmas tree, it's a symbol of joy.

There's nothing like our treasured memories, they're gifts
that will be with us always!

Give someone a smile with one of your favorite personal
memories, anectotes, or stories, songs...anything from your
past holidays, OR even what you're looking forward to this year!

Time to get into the Spirit!.

I'd like to offer thanks and appreciation to all the writers
(and readers) who participated in:

"T'was the UNCLE Round Robin."
click on the title to take you to the story

The quality of writing, and story telling was outstanding.
Everyone did a wonderful job to help create
a really good Man from UNCLE adventure.

The mood, the imagery, historical references,
Scottish mythology as well as the intrigue and angst
all made this a tale to be remembered.

As in the past the entire round robin story will be
cross-posted on AO3 and Fanfiction.net

Each writer will be given credit for their chapters
in the chapter headings.

The writers were:
ssclassof56, alynwa, avirra,katb357,jantojones,
pfrye,sidhe_uaine42, lindafishes8, insane_ladybug, mrua7
and Glennagirl who started it all with a wonderful prompt!

I bring a Christmas fic! A few days early, but as I'm leaving for India in literally hours, I wanted to post it before I left.

It's an expansion of a short affair piece I did earlier this year where Illya met Napoleon's parents; this expanded version is a 4K piece, so I'm just going to link to it; it's available here on ff.net or here on AO3.

Challenge: The Short Affair

-Prompt Word #2 – Improvise

-Prompt Colour – Green

Author: mrua7

Title: "Kho Kho Kho"

Word count: approx. 965

Napoleon was known for flying by the seat of his pants when it came to strategizing. The word ‘improvise’ appealed to him; yes improvisation was the best course of action most of the time, much to the consternation of his sometimes stubborn partner.

Solo worked great under pressure, and oft times it resulted in some of his best work. This time however, he had no idea what to do. Nothing, nada; he was stuck between the proverbial rock and a hard place.
