"Halloween Plans" for A Little Drabble Do Ya!

“What are you doing for Halloween this year?” Napoleon looked to his ever evasive partner.

“Have not made up my mind.”

“Is that in regards to your costume or whether or not you’re going to April’s party?”

“Actually I was asked to do guard duty for the Waverly grandchildren. They enjoyed it last year when I did a reading of ‘The Raven’. It scared them properly.”

“Since when do you like frightening little children?” Napoleon smiled. “I think you have another motive, n’est-ce pas?”

Illya blushed. “I like the brand of chocolate that Mrs. Waverly buys.”

“I should have known...”
