I'm sure Illya is giving a running commentary on how American football is a sissy version of Rugby and the whole Superbowl thing is just capitalist attempt by the plutocrats to become wealthier by conning the masses into buying things they don't need. Also, the use of cheerleaders is a degenerate display of commercialized sexuality and patriarchal denial of women's equality, although the cheerleaders really do have very attract.., that is, er, very strong, legs from all that jumping around.

By halftime, Napoleon has given Illya carte blanche to order more food just to shut him up.
