Something New Maybe? Calling leethet...
Mar. 3rd, 2018 09:33 amYesterday I posted the little blurb about a returning challenge: What's My Line?
One of the comments on it came from

For some reason this made me think of 101 Dalmatians and "What's my Crime?"
I wonder if Ms.
leethet would be interested in giving us a more well rounded view of her idea... hmmm...

That might be fun for UNCLE - who did what, to whom, and in which episode.
I donno - it just occurred to me. :-)
What an interesting concept. Is this something for a discussion, or are there stories out there that can expand on a situation where we examine things from the 'other' side of the situation? I donno - it just occurred to me. :-)
I wonder if Ms.

Date: 2018-03-03 06:04 pm (UTC)Kidding! I thought more about it and thought, for some reason, of a What's My Crime? crossword puzzle - it wouldn't involve anyone writing fics, of course (if there's a fic angle to my idea it hasn't occurred to me yet, and I'm open to suggestion!). I don't know how to make crossword puzzles and it might prove impossible. But perhaps it can simply be some kind of quiz where difficult clues (in the way that a real crossword is devious with its clues, the clues would themselves have to be deciphered) are offered and people have to guess the criminal.
Just struck me: people who're good with images, maybe it's possible to do a trail of image clues? Then it becomes like "I can name that tune in ..." You get a higher score for naming the criminal earlier, as the images (or word clues) get less obscure. Say 10 clues, each increasingly obvious?
Has this already been done???

Date: 2018-03-03 06:19 pm (UTC)I think you have a very good idea here, and the rule on Section VII is if you come up with it then it's yours to develop. No rush, but obviously you have the vision and I'm happy to let you take the lead. At least once.
Seriously, if you want to enlist someone to help with the image aspect of it and then orchestrate how it's put together, perhaps we have a fun and challenging event.
