And there I thought it was going to be that dire figure, the dentist. At least you can avoid sharks. Illya in particular would approve of that best anti-shark measure, staying on solid ground.

Thanks for this early partnership fic. I only hope Illya was distracted enough by reactive icthyology to deal with his lunch. (And at least he escaped the theme music.)

Excellent tale!! Illya will come to learn that he will often be the bait, LOL. I really enjoyed this glimpse into their early days. I wonder how long it took for IK to go from respectful deference to snarky sarcasm :-)
