Hiatus Notwithstanding...

section7mfuPicFic has been with us almost from the beginning. In fact, we're about one month from the seven year anniversary of the post that started it all. You can go back and read it HERE
We're officially on hiatus until September, but I was wondering if we might do a PicFic/Impromptu sort of thing, just to keep us in practice. In the beginning the prompt was given on Monday and the stories posted on Tuesday, a 24 hour turn around. I really liked it that way, but it does put the pressure on and, with more challenges these days it helps to have more time to get them all up and running.
So, what might a short story say to us, based on this photo?
Just for the fun of it, try posting today or tomorrow. Later is fine as well.
