Yard Sale - Illya-angst Plotbunny (free to a good home)

I've had a plotbunny floating around my head for the last couple of years and, although I've tried different angles, I can't bring it to fruition. So, I shall the idea open and, if anyone wishes, they can have a crack at it. I'll put it under the cut.

I had an opening premise that Illya would get caught up in an explosion he'd set in a Thrush Satrapy, which was manufacturing insidious chemicals. Somehow, he breathes in a chemical cocktail which causes his eyes to turn brown.

The story would then be about Illya's feelings about it, as well as the way other people dealt with it. Plus, of course, the search for a 'cure'.

So, anyone who wishes to take up this bunny, then please feel free :-D

The pictures at the top are a little reminder of why a cure must be found.

Illya without those piercing blue eyes...? It is truly insidious.

It's a story I really want to read, but have been unsuccessful at writing. If his eyes weren't so piercingly blue then his 'Ice Prince' persona may not be as effective.
