This 2nd chapter took a couple of days longer than I intended. To be absolutely honest, I had no idea how to resolve the cliffhanger of the first chapter. (Why am I so bad a titles?)

Yes, you're right, I was thinking of the protagonists getting each other's identity wrong.
I sometimes look at words or phrases in a story and then try looking for relevant quotations that might provide a pithy clue to a title. Doesn't always work, but you could try it.
