Happy Thanksgiving To All...

Thanksgiving is a celebration for Americans that encompasses our history and our heritage. Regardless of how long someone has been an American, from the earliest arriving settlers to those who came to our country only days ago, the expression of thankfulness is available to all.
I hope that everyone, regardless of where you are in the world, will take the time to say a 'thank you' for whatever goodness is in your life.  Not everyone has an easy life, nor does every life reflect abundance or complete satisfaction with the circumstances in which a person finds herself.  But I hope there is something that makes you pause and meditate on that which is good and meaningful.
The apostle Paul wrote it this way in the book of Philippians:

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things.

I hope you find that thing in life that is praiseworhty and commendable, and give thanks for it.
