How much do I hate the new Post Editor?

Passionately.  And it seems that in the old format the photo function is limited.  I can't get it to scroll through the entire selection of photos.  The new one is ridiculous, doesn't provide the same amenities, such as a toolbar.  I seriously hate it.

I'm not fond of it either, though it does upload images direct from my own folders without having to find one in my LJ scrapbook. (They then go into the scrapbook, apparently). I haven't mastered other stuff, like placing a link in an image - the old format was easier.

The old editor does the same. ( upload images from your own folders, and place them into the scrapbook)
I find the old editor more user-friendly, and I'm used to it. I guess I'm a creature of habits ...

The old editor didn't put images directly into the post (unless I got it wrong - which is just as likely) - you had to load them into the scrapbook first. The new editor misses out that intermediate stage. But I agree, the old editor was otherwise more user-friendly.
