I must confess that my own story isn't coming along all that well. It became very gruesome, and fairly distasteful, so I'm attempting a different tack.

It got far too dark, even for me, and I found myself researching things which unsettled me. I won't say too much but, when I found myself looking into Josef Mengele, I decided I was going somewhere I definitely didn't want to go.

I hear you cuz. Some of my IK backstories were pretty dark, and some involved a Mengle-type former Nazi.
