I've definitely recc'ed this before, but it's one I'm quite proud of. I rarely do longer pieces, and this one reached 5000 words! I also rarely use a beta, because my stories are usually too short to warrant it. With this one, however, duckys_lady gave me her excellent beta'ing skills.
