“Mr. Solo, what do you think about the burgeoning friendship between Miss Dancer and Mr. Kuryakin?”

Napoleon answered, “Mr. Waverly, I think it is beneficial for both of them. They are fish out of water: The only Russian and the only female agents UNCLE has. They understand each other in ways that neither Mr. Slate nor I can.”

“Do you think it would be better if they were partnered?”

“No, Sir. Illya is a perfect match for me in the field; Mark feels the same about April.”

“And, you don’t think their partnership would be better.”

“Not for me. No.”

Well put, Napoleon. Especially the last line.

Nice implication of heirship in that Napoleon is the one asked.

Good thing for Napoleon that Waverly listened to him. The "Man and Girl from UNCLE' isn't as catchy a title as their stand alone versions.... chuckle.

One wonders what the old man was after with this little test of Napoleon's grasp of the situation. What kind of decisions will he make in the future? Interesting discussion for the two men.
