“Are you serious? Everything about our lives is odd.”
The blond shook his head, trying to summon the correct way to phrase his observations.
“No, that is not what I meant. It is just … Some of the women have been staring at me … more than usual.”
“Doctor Zhivago.”
“Bohze moi… No wonder they look so starry eyed.”
“Have you seen the movie? What are you smiling about?”
“Well, it might not hurt to take advantage of this turn in attitude toward Russians.”
“Sneaky Bolshevik.”
