PicFic Tuesday Challenge photo prompt for July 9th

Another wow, July is speeding past as well. Hope those of you in areas where there's high heat warnings are faring well.  Stay cool and drink lots of water!

Here's this weeks prompt for the PicFic challenge. For those of you who are new and want to try you hand at the challenge, you need to post your brief gen fic by tomorrow (Tuesday)  By brief, that means longer than a drabble. Post the photo prompt with your story and be sure to use the tag "PicFic".  Include a title, the phrase "for the PicFic Tuesday Challenge" and the date due in your header.

If for some reason life has made it tough for you to post by tomorrow, then post your fic the following Tuesday with all the header info etc.    Happy writing and we look forward to your stories!
