section7mfuOkay, PicFic is returning. Right now I'm posting this to take my mind off my problems with my cat Bowie.
Now to ease you back into the challenge, the fics will not be due until January 7th.
After this PicFic we will be returning to the original format of posting the prompt on Monday, with the fic due the next day on Tuesday. So back to basics of the 24 hour turnaround time.
Glenna and I discussed it and it was felt the original turnaround time made it a true challenge. (we only switched it to a week because of cousins pressures and hectic schedules for the holidays)
To review: when posting your response to the challenge. Include the phrase "PicFic Tuesday" along with the title of your story in the subject header, as well as the due date. Use the tag Picfic.
If for some reason you want to participate but just don't have the time, you can post your fic the following Tuesday, again including all the info in the subject header.
For those of you who might be joining the challenge for the first time, please copy and paste the photo prompt to appear with your text and don't forget to use the LJ cut. Stories should be gen, at least 500 words, but if less that's okay. Just no drabbles please?
