Excuse me, just a theoretical question from a non-writer. If a writer wanted to post on Lisa Rogers, would that be outside the Wednesday limits? What about any other female characters, or women in general?

Are you thinking of a discussion? That would be interesting, and I suppose a day devoted to a female agent is a good place for it.
