Here's a seasonal prompt that might bring 'cool' inspiration to those who are experiencing hot August temperatures!

Due: Tuesday August 19th
Statistical stuff: Minimum 500 words
Subject matter: Should fit into the GENeral concepts of the community, and contains nothing explicit and reflects the 1960's series in style and content. However, that being said, there is a GEN-mature tag option for stories that contain violence, torture, angst or mild het. ( for these please add an appropriate warning at the beginning of your story)
Subject Header: Please include in your Subject Header the phrase "For Picfic Tuesday, the due date and your title.

Ours isn't nearly as pretty, though.

To add insult to injury, Samntha rushes around happily, saying it's nearly spring; and that I should eat a health brand of cat biscuit, like her.

Still it's good to have some change of season. My brother lives in Florida and though it gets chilly in the winter...those temps to me are like spring up here. There's no change in color in the landscape. Everything stays green. Not for me. I need to see things bloom and change...and the snow too.

Hmm Samantha is very sharing. Right now Minnie is trying to steal my dinner. Freshly cooked seafood. Sorry no sharing on my part Miss Minnie....
