This story was never posted on Section VII and is the first story in my developing series "The Senior Man From U.N.C.L.E."

It was inspired initially by the political troubles that were just beginning in Ukraine, but morphed into something a bit more whimsical and light-hearted.  A few unanswered questions that I'd left open in my AU series where Illya and Napoleon meet their future wives, eventually marry and have children are either answered or hinted at. (though these are stories that have yet to be written...but are in the works)

I loved this when you sent me the link a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, tensions are still building in the region but at least Illya still has Napoleon to take his mind off things.

Yes, who would have thought when I wrote this story that things would have escalated to the current situation.

I have another Senior Man from UNCLE in the works but it has to wait until I finish my mini-bang...time is ticking away. yikes!

Your Senior Men from UNCLE series is full of surprises. Still trying to figure out who the mothers are of Illya's other children. I know one of them for sure. Anyway, these stories are an interesting glimpse of what is to come. Please don't keep us waiting.

Thank you! There's only a couple of possibilities for who the mothers are...maybe you haven't read the original stories yet. Things are on a hold mainly because of the mini-bang. And I really have 2 stories I need to finish, the follow up to the last Illya and Elliott story (the honeymoon one) and a couple of story requests...one of which is yours. (I didn't forget, just got stalled after 10 chapters) Yikes.
