section7mfuWell, there are other communities doing things with drabbles and pictures. We have A Little Drabble Do Ya, always fun on a Wednesday. I'm wondering about doing something like an image inspired fic or drabble on Tuesdays. Yes, I know there is such a thing as slash the image, another comm, but that's slash and this isn't. We all have our favorite playgrounds.
Anywhoooo... I thought this one would be fun to start with, and it works like this:
Based on a photograph or piece of art that will be posted here on Monday, write a short fic around it featuring our heroic men, Napoleon and Illya, and post it on Tuesday. That's enough time for something short, and like the drabbles, this serves as a sort of exercise. Keep our minds and imaginations sharp and active; we're not getting any younger, you know ;)
Same as always when on in Section VII, series appropriate, so nothing overtly anything except charming and clever, just like the men from UNCLE.
I hope this inspires... Personally, I'd like to spend about a week here. When posting, use the tag picfic. Thanks, and happy writing.
