Wow they don't look too happy with each other in this photo.

Was there a perceived rivalry at times between Napoleon and Illya? Or maybe the word resentment comes to mind?

Illya resenting Napoleon's dalliances that caused him difficulties, Illya's sometimes over the top knowledge on so many topics making Napoleon look bad?

Even the best of friends get mad at each other.

They don't look happy, do they, but I see Illya looking so serious as if he's done something wrong. Napoleaon looks concerned about his friend.

This scene reminds me of "The Birds and the Bees Affair and what might have happened behind Waverly's closed doors after Illya led Mozart into UNCLE headquarters.

In that episode, Waverly mentioned a new plan "after Mr.Kuryakin's plan has failed." I think he should have received a proper 'dressing down' after jeopardizing UNCLE New York.

I recognize this scene! It's from the beginning of Project Strigas, and they are listening to the toxic ambassador Laslo Kurasov, as he derails a disarmament conference.

Small wonder they look so annoyed.
