Man from U.N.C.L.E. Section VII

The danger of being an UNCLE agent was of course part of the thrill of the show.  Finding your favorite in peril made the bond even greater as we watched them suffering at the hands of THRUSH, or sometimes other villainous types.
Napoleon and Illya have distinctly different methods of being held captive.  Solo uses a lot of expressions, while Kuryakin seems to capture the classicism of a tortured hero.
That might just be my own prejudices coming through, but that's the beauty of being a fan.

The wardrobe is always interesting on MFU, sometimes for the sake of it being so droll at times.  What I wouldn't give to have seen these guys in a pair of blue jeans with one of those white shirts.  The closest we get are those tight beige jeans that IK sometimes wears (I assume wardrobe did that for the fans ;).
Here are a few of the scenes illustrating just how black and grey the guys were.  Of course the show was in black and white, so there is the off chance that there was color in there somewhere.  We know the women's wardrobe was colorful because we see some of the same dresses in later seasons.  Of course these guys look good no matter what.

Okay, here's a little something extra for all of us to think about.  Take a look at the weekly calendar HERE
We have something called the Sunday Pictorial happening, and this week I'm giving you the inspiration (or we can call them prompts), for creating your own pictorial.  Now, make it all visuals or write a story based on one or more of these.  I'll admit it's primarily an Illya-centric selection, but that doesn't mean you can't find corresponding Napoleon pics to utilize in your own pictorial/stories.
The IK pictures are sort of dark, except for the one gorgeous color face... THUD!  Oh yeah, I'm in that kind of mood.

The Men from UNCLE generally looked very good in a tuxedo.  We have a few issues with Illya's ruffled shirt, something they apparently snatched from a wedding collection (according to mrua7), and in reviewing it does appear that the shirt could have used a few darts.
The first season has more tuxedos than any of the following years, starting with Napoleon (infamous wrong sided part in his hair).  If you find more tuxedo photos please feel free to post them in your comments.


The part is actually missing completely, but he looks very nice.
