In season two’s “The Round Table Affair,” Illya has been detained in the Ingolstein jail for a variety of crimes.  To pass the time, he is reading from the Ingolstein Travel Guide to Linda, a woman in Communications.  At one point she says, “Oh, Mr. Kuryakin, it sounds so romantic!  I wish I were there with you” to which he answers, enthusiastically and without a hint of sarcasm, “So do I, Linda.”  The challenge is: Who is Linda and what is she to Illya?

Napoleon and Illya take on the rescue of a kidnapped child, whose father is an important nuclear physicist. Is it a kidnapping for ransom or is there a sinister motive behind it. Originally posted in 2013 for the section7mfu Song-Story challenge  The prompt was the You-tube video of the band Train, and the song. "Calling All Angels"

             

Napoleon Solo sat on his leather sofa watching the evening news on his new color television set, beside him was his partner, the Russian Illya Kuryakin who was sipping a cup of tea and munching on his second chocolate cannoli.

They'd had a working dinner at the Solo residence, finishing up a detailed report that absolutely had to be ready for Alexander Waverly to present at an important video conference of the five heads of Section I.
