Though everyne is thrilled about the casting of Cavill as Napoleon, (as am I) I'm disappointed that Armie Hammer doesn't have the iconic Illya haircut. Even the way he was dressed in one of the photos I've seen, brown...some what ill fitting clothes, clunky brown shoes and a regular hair cut. What happened to the sexy, mysterious shaggy haired Russian dressed in black. I have a feeling they've dropped the ball on this. Am also haveing a gut feeling the movie is just not going to be that good....
And I thought Armie and Henry were supposed to be the same height. Hammer is towering over Henry Cavill. They don't look right together, after all. Awwwwwww.
Yes sorry to come late to this. I agree totally with your comments about the pair. Henry looks good and the clothes are good but a great big straight looking Illya just doesn't cut it. Don't be offended but he looks so incredibly American not in any way mysterious and European like our Illya. These remakes are so bad if they don't get them right. If the makers of the StarTrek prequels made so much effort, why couldn't these chaps get it right?
