Import an image from google images by dragging to your desktop. Go into google drive. Click create, click drawing, to create a project. Drag the image from your desktop to the file. You'll probably have to play with it to adjust the size of the image.
If you want to add text to the image 1. in your document toolbar click T and then bring your mouse onto the image. Then in your tool bar ( it should appear once you've placed the cursor on the image and a window should appear. Adjust the size of it by dragging it until it fits the area in which you want the text to appear) choose your text size, font and color. Go back to the image and begin typing your text.
It's basically the same process with images. Drag one image it, then drag the second image on top of it and click T to adjust the size of the second image to fit the first....done by dragging the window that appears.
I hope this makes sense? I may be using the wrong termininology to explain this and I'm afraid it may be a case of the blind leading the blind.
I haven't learned how to cut an image eliminating corners and such yet. Have to figure that one out yet....
Okay, so far so good. Now, how do I get the created image from Google Create to Post to Section VII? Using the url doesn't work, nor does "Insert a pic/browse."
Need to download as a JPEG. Then it downloads to your desktop. Then use whatever method to upload to LJ that you prefer. Wow, it actually made sense....cool! :D
Don't forget to give your image a title so you can find it again.
