PicFic Tuesday prompt for January 28th

Stories for the PicFic are due tomorrow Tuesday the 28th. The challenge is to come up with a story within the roughly 24 hour turn around time.(basically see prompt today, post fic some time tomorrow)

Statistical stuff: Stories should be a minimum of 500 words (no drabbles) with no set maximum. Must fit into the overall concepts of this community, i.e. contain NO EXPLICIT OR ADULT MATERIAL and reflect the 1960s series in style and content.

Please include in your subject header the phrase "For the PicFic Tuesday Challenge", the due date, and of course the title of your story! Remember to use the tag Picfic.

Posting is due on the date indicated with the prompt, but if for some reason you're unable to do it in time for tomorrow, you can post your fic the following Tuesday. Just remember to follow all the statistical requirements.

I had to laugh when I saw the picfic photo prompt! Snow on your mind recently? LOL

I was astonished to see that we may actually get snow/sleet down here in SC! I'm just across the border from Savannah, Georgia, so that would indeed be amazing--it hasn't snowed on our little island in 26 years!

I think I still own a pair of boots...somewhere...

they said even northern Florida might get a touch of it. We had about another inch of show Saturday, but at least we have a reprieve from it this week....though back to the frigid temps. Now Superbowl weekend is a different story, too many mixed stories that we may or may not have another big storm.

Have fun in the snow if you get it! And be careful too.

Oh now you are just teasing me! Send this plow to my driveway please! My car is still frozen and my driveway impassible.I can't dig myself out because of my back and I need groceries. HELP! Isn't there some Gaelic charm or incantation to make it warm up?

Hey we actually went above freezing, just for today they said then back down to frigid tonight. Had snow again on Saturday...maybe more next weekend but that's iffy.

Noononononoo don't blame it on me. LOL! I heard you were getting more snow on the weather channel. Stay snug and warm and watch an old movie. Better still watch the MFU on DVD. "D
