PicFic Tuesday prompt for January 28th

section7mfuStories for the PicFic are due tomorrow Tuesday the 28th. The challenge is to come up with a story within the roughly 24 hour turn around time.(basically see prompt today, post fic some time tomorrow)
Statistical stuff: Stories should be a minimum of 500 words (no drabbles) with no set maximum. Must fit into the overall concepts of this community, i.e. contain NO EXPLICIT OR ADULT MATERIAL and reflect the 1960s series in style and content.
Please include in your subject header the phrase "For the PicFic Tuesday Challenge", the due date, and of course the title of your story! Remember to use the tag Picfic.
Posting is due on the date indicated with the prompt, but if for some reason you're unable to do it in time for tomorrow, you can post your fic the following Tuesday. Just remember to follow all the statistical requirements.
